Connecting the intentions of the heart with the body, mind, and environment is the goal of my teaching and personal pursuits. I have a master's degree in Environmental Conservation Education from NYU, have completed the RYT-200 at Yoga to the People in NYC, and have many hours of teaching and personal counseling experience in Holistic Nutrition, Qi Gong, Yoga, martial arts, sports therapy, massage, and Traditional Medicine. It is my goal to help create a space for healing for those I serve and to continue to learn about the world, humanity, and myself through this joyful service.
